iPhone Hosted Exchange Mailbox Setup Instructions

The following screenshots will assist you with setting up your Hosted Exchange mailbox with your iPhone.

Please confirm you have an CNAME record in your DNS named autodiscover."domain name" pointing to autodiscover-redirect.infoquest.com

1. Select Settings from your iPhone home menu

2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars

3. Select Add Account...

4. Select Microsoft Exchange

4. Confirm the login & password within your control panel via http://cp.infoquest.com > Hosting > Exchange > Mailboxes > Click on the Display Name of the mailbox in question. Complete the fields below replacing "example@me.com" with your specific login. This may vary depending if your using a Split Domain. (i.e. example@me.com or example@me.site.infoquest.com). Select NEXT

5. The Server Field will now appear, Enter: exmail.infoquest.com, Select NEXT

6. After your account successfully verifies, Set the features to either ON or OFF that you would like to sychronize with the Exchange Server, Select Done.

Congratulations you have successfully setup your mailbox to use Hosted Exchange on your iPhone.
