How to Configure Outlook: Mac 2011 using Hosted Exchange

The following screenshots will assist you with setting up your Hosted Exchange mailbox.

Please confirm you have an CNAME record in your DNS named autodiscover."domain name" pointing to autodiscover-redirect.infoquest.com

1. Open Microsoft Outlook from the Dock

2. Click Outlook > Preferences

3. Click Accounts

4. Click the "+" Button > Select Exchange... from the Dropdown Menu

5. Enter your Exchange E-mail Address, Authentication Method (User Name and Password), Exchange User Name, and Password > Click Add Account

6. You will receive a prompt informing you that "Outlook was redirected to the server exmail.infoquest.com..." "Do you want to allow this server to configure your settings?" > Click Allow
